About Me: I got introduced into ultra running as a goof when my dad asked me to pace him at the VT100 9 years ago. Sadly, when we finished, i was in rougher shape then he was. I finished my first Ultra that fall at the age of 18 (VT50), and havn't looked back. You name a race and more times then not i'll sign up for it. I run anything in new england from pavement 5ks, to trail "marathons" (Jay), to
Motivation: I'd have to say my father i guess. I don't really think about it. I run i think more times then not as a way to escape. "A Shirt and a story" is what i tell people when they look at me sideways after i tell them what i did over the weekend. Running ultras is one of the only things i do with my father so i cherish that time together and he was the reason i got into these crazy things.
Goals: I'd like to get a buckle, and i'd like to earn it with my dad at my side.

Workout Routines / Fitness Tips: Sadly, i'm one of the most inconsitant trainers that i've stumbled across, which is why i suffer so much on race day. But i'm too stubborn to back down from the challenge so i'll be huffing and puffing in the back of the pack.
Best tip i have. Just get out there and do it. stop worrying about time, how fast you are going, and who you are beating. The point is you are doing it
