About Me: Im 20 years old and im a junior at Western Illinois University. I swam all through high school where i met Andy Weinberg, my coach. During swimming i learned alot about pushing it to the extremes, and although it has been a few years since i have swam for coach, he still is teaching me how to push the limits. I got into running ultras because of Weinberg, and my best buds Eric Skojac who is also an endurance runner. Last April i ran my first 50 at Mcnaughton Park, in Pekin. It was the biggest challenge i have ever overcome but it has just left me hungry for more.
Motivation: The feeling of quitting, it sucks and theres nothing like it. There is also nothing like accomplishing your goal. That feeling is what motivates me to keep going.
