About Me: Let's see, I'm a 23 yr old undergrad student at the wonderful WIU. My parents got me into swimming at a fairly young age and in high school it made me an endurance junkie. I'm majoring in Exercise Science and Fitness and I love it.
Motivation: Andy, or as I call him, Coach, got me into the ultrarunning scene the year after I graduated high school. He taught me the ethics of hard work and determination when I was on the swim team. I don't know what motivates me to do ultras, I just love the race environment, the awesome people you meet and the stories they have, and I love punishing myself.
Goals: break 20 hours in a 100 mile race (this one may take awhile!)
