About Me: hi my name is dolph  i am an ironman triathlete the toughest triathlon
for me was ironman lake placid with the hills in the bike and the
marathon leg made it a tough race and at the time it was the only one
of two ironman in north america  but my toughest endurance race was the
worlds longest and toughest military competition located in estonia 
over 5 days of movement we cover approx 300 k and get chased down by
forces the whole time and at each check point if you make it there 
they have several test from shooting, medical triage to computer task
to room clearing ,grenade throwing  ect  ect  ..... i am one of only 12
americans to ever finish the race  we carrier 50lbs of combat gear
cross country for 5 days with approx one hour of sleep a day while
being hunted down by helos and other assets  NO RESUPPLY YOU CARRY
EVERYTHGING  WITH U.  It is such a cool event its
on  national tv  over 30 countries across the globe    THE  ERNA
RAID     LONG RANGE  RECON COMPETITION I AM SELECTED TO ULTRAMAN CANADA AND MAY SHOOT FOR THIS IN THE NEAR FUTURE
