: My Motivation is health and wellness along with a constant desire to challenge myself--how far can I go?
No other form of exercise makes me feel as good as running does--running with good form--while listening to your body so that you don't overtrain. While I make sure to incorporate other forms of cross training as well as daily resistance training, it is running that gives me the biggest mental and emotional rewards.
My clients also motivate me. Seeing them take "steps they've never taken before," watching them improve, watching them gain a sense of empowerment through exercise. These things motivate me on a daily basis and motivate me to be the best example that I can be and to strive to improve myself.
