Workout Routines / Fitness Tips: Run off-balance - Take an 8lb sledge hammer out for a six mile run. Hold it in one hand and switch hands as needed. Try to hold the handle at about the half way point not near the head, and alternate head up and head down. Stop periodically for push-ups. Great workout in less than an hour.
