Workout Routines / Fitness Tips: I usually log 40+ miles a week on the treadmill during the cold winter months. Try to do 8-8.5 MPH with a 10 minute mile cooldown. When it is getting warmer out, I've been logging 15+ mile runs at least 4 days per week up and down the Chicago lakefront. Weights at the gym a couple days per week (basic chest, bicepts, lats, shoulders, triceps, abs) Nothing special, just run, run, and more run.
Top Sports: Ultramarathon Running
Hobbies: Being with family and friends is first and foremost. Going out with friends in Chicago. Plenty of awesome bars and restaurants in this city. Love movies, just saw "There Will Be Blood" and "Michael Clayton"...good stuff. I'm a big reader-love Chuck Palahniuk and Michael Crichton. Lately I've been reading Martin Amis and Brett Easton Ellis.
Dreams: To eventually run a 100 miler. Possibly the Western States 100.
